Suspension Training

Suspension training uses adjustable straps anchored overhead so you exercise against your own body weight, adjusting difficulty simply by changing your body angle. It builds strength, stability, and core control with minimal equipment, which makes it a natural fit for outdoor training.

Suspension anchors are a common feature of functional training rigs, where a single frame supports many users and exercises. For how rigs work outdoors, see outdoor functional training rigs.
