Calisthenics Park

A calisthenics park is an outdoor space built around bars, rigs, and frames for bodyweight strength training. Designed for pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, and similar movements, it serves the calisthenics and street workout community rather than the general public.

Unlike a general-purpose outdoor gym with mixed machine stations, a calisthenics park concentrates on bars and structures for skill-based bodyweight training. See the equipment in detail in our guide to calisthenics and street workout equipment.
